semi-detached house in the Roman-shore
Roman landed in Budapest, I designed this two-family house / resort, which actually functions as two single-family house. The folyómedertől ca. 30 meters from the site and as such is practically the floodplain. Therefore, the building had to be raised about a meter, so the highest ever achieved in the Danube water level. therefore, the entire basement waterproof concrete was required. The garages have remained virtually the price level, but the builders undertook adhered to the garage.
