jó lenne összehangolni a különböz szinten hozott jogszabályokat.A kerítésépítés engedély nélkül építhető de engedély szerint kell építeni. Minek kell megfeleljen az építmény ? Amihez nem kell engedély ? Vagy előrunk vlamit és akkor azt kell követni vagy szabadon engedjük az építést. A kerületek szerint áttört kerítést kell építeni. Ha a tulajdonosok nem akarják látni egymást akkor is kell ? Hol itt a demokrácia. Vannak országok ahol nincs kerítés a telkek határain de ott demokrácia van.
itt keveredés van az értelmezésben. sokan félreértik a változtatásokat. A különféle építményekre továbbra is érvénybn vannak jogszabályok (OTÉK, BVKSz, helyi rendeletek…stb), ami változott, hogy nem kell rá engedélyt kérni, hanem megépíthető anélkül. ez nem jelentheti azt, hogy el lehet térni az előírásoktól.
A szabályozás eddig is főleg az utcai kerítésre vonatkozott, ez továbbra is érvényben van. A szomszédok közötti oldalkerítésre leginkább csak a max. 2,5 magassági korlátozás vonatkozott, vagyis ha nem akarják egymás látni, továbbra is építhetnek pl. 2,5 m magas vb kerítést.
Én is kerítés ellenes vagyok és sok helyen igazolódik is, hogy mennyire szebb az az utca, ahol nincs kerítés és (ahol persze gondozzák az előkertet).
Igaza van. Mire volt jó megint megkeverni a sz……. Elég büdös anélkül is. Mindig a kisemberre vonatkoztak a jogszabályok. Nemrégen hallottuk kb. százan /kreditpontgyűjtésből kifolyólag/ sz illetékes osztályvezető nőtől, hogy egyesk a lakás árába már beleszámolják a kiróvandó/ engedély nélküli építkezések/építészet rendészeti bírság összegétis. No akkor miről beszélünk?
Igen, vannak országok ahol nincs utcai kerítés, de ott mások az előzmények. Mi Mo.-on élünk és ez a hagyomány. Én sem vagyok kerítés párti, de azért még sokáig /sőt/ szükség lesz egy visszatartó erőre, hogy egyesek nehezebben jussanak hozzá ahhoz ami nem az övék!!!!!! Éppen ma délután voltam a helyi ép. hatóságnál (Kaposvár) és ott mondták az ügyintézpk, hogy a földmérő jogosultságát nem kéri nyilatkozatban és kamarai (MMK) határozat formájában a tevékenység jogosultságára vonatkozó irományokat. Ezt a Holéczy Ernőnek a tagozatunk elnökének is megírtam.

A fent említett tevékenység azonban nem érintené a teherhordó szerkezetet, hiszen a kibontandó ablakoknak és az alatta lévő falszakasznak, ha jól tudom teherhordó szerepe nincsen, ezt az áthidaló végzi, azt pedig nem érintenénk.

If the building permit (and the regulations as well) is all about, then the current unlawful status. Should be politely asked to return the maximum value kurtítsa, forced or otherwise of the construction authority to accomplish this. The official route is longer but it works fine for owners.
