Fürdők, WC-k: csak itt is “meleg ölelés” hogy végre látok bidé szerelvényt, ez valahogy mindenhonnan kimarad, pedig telepítettünk már 1,20m szélességben is (1,20-1,80 mosdó-WC), mivel egyszerre csak az egyik használatos, a „megtámadása” is ellentétes, semmi szorongás nem támadt belőle.
Úgy 40 éve találkoztam először 'kézzelfoghatóan' vele. Azóta nemhogy a saját lakásomban, de ha valahol tartósabb a várható ott létem, akár saját költségen is (és, ha megengedik persze), de azonnal beszerelem.
Amit erősen javasolok, hogy a fürdőkben is legyen WC – Bidett. (Ugye “nagyház/nagyigények nevében”). A víz csurgása irritál, na de, hogy ezért két ajtót is nyissak, pláne már ruha nélkül vagyok, az is lehet, hogy foglalt a WC, az cudar dolog (!). Egy átmeneti gyors alsótest WC-zéstől független megmosása is inkábba fürdő, mint a WC.

Ez a ház nem “hodály”. Lefed egy szerintem következetes igényt és egy vele párosuló anyagi lehetőséget. Nincs kivetni valóm.
A falak és alapfalak rendszere valóban nagyon kusza és mintha nem volna következetesen átgondolva. Valószínű nem is fog együtt dolgozni az idő múlásával. Van tenni való rajta.
Ide is igaz, amit javasoltam a nagyház/nagyigények utolsó hozzászólásomban. Nevezetesen a nagyobb fesztávú kéttámaszú fédémpallók alkalmazására. A megadott skiccek, rajzok alapján tudnak ferde metszésű pallókat is „vágni”. A 130-170 méteres gyártósorukon ott vágják el utólak a födém-elemeket és olyan szögben, úgy ahogy kérem. Csak ajánlani tudom. Költségtakarékos, az építésidő meg heteket is nyerhet, a helyi élő munka a töredékére “silányul” stb…

Borzalmas ház. Burjánzik mint egy daganat. Abszolút nincs átgondolva. Szerintem kár részletezni, alapvető hibáktól hemzseg. Ez már a 40. terv és eddig alig akadt egy-két olyan, amire az ember szívesen ránézne. Ez lenne a magyar átlag? Lehet. Ezért is tarthatunk ott ahol vagyunk
Az építtető nagy nyereményt ütne meg a tervek elfelejtésével.
