This morning atuse drew my attention to that released by the Constitutional Court's decision, in which the official procedures for building and shaping the land and the architectural and technical documentation on the content of 37/2007. (December 13th) ÖTM II. Chapter (THE GENERAL RULES OF PROCEDURES building authority) 2010. June 30 annuls.

First The relevant provisions of the Constitution:
